BEYOND Advances Community Engagement Around Its Hotels Through the BEYOND Futurist Care Initiative

Bound and Beyond Public Company Limited places strong emphasis on fostering relationships with communities surrounding its assets as an integral part of its sustainable business approach, with a focus on creating shared value between the Company and society.
To support this commitment, the Company has launched the BEYOND Futurist Care initiative, a long-term framework aimed at enhancing quality of life across three key dimensions: promoting employee well-being, supporting sustainable development of surrounding communities, and advancing environmentally responsible business practices.
Under this initiative, the Company introduced its first community-focused program, “Better Communities,” beginning with on-the-ground engagement in areas surrounding Capella Bangkok and Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River. The Company conducted community assessments to better understand local structures, lifestyles, and the needs of residents. Insights gained from these assessments serve as a foundation for designing community development initiatives that are aligned with local contexts and responsive to real needs.
As part of this effort, the Company selected the Public Health Center 14 Kaew Sibunruang as its pilot community partner. The center serves residents in the Thung Maha Mek, Yannawa, and Sathorn areas, covering diverse groups including local communities, elderly residents, children, and migrant workers.
The Company has provided essential resources to support the center’s operations, including breast milk storage refrigerators, water filtration systems for medical use, and medical equipment. These contributions help enhance the center’s service capabilities and improve the quality of life for people in the surrounding communities.
In addition to resource support, the Company is committed to building long-term partnerships with local stakeholders. Plans are in place to continue community engagement through regular site visits and collaborative activities in the coming years, with the aim of strengthening community resilience and supporting sustainable growth together.
